3rd party manufacturer due diligence checklist

Does anyone have a good checklist or resource for due diligence items to request from a seller specific to 3rd party supplier/manufacturer agreements; including terms, business documentation, SOPs, etc.

The business is a DTC ecommerce company with an AOV of ~$1,500 and ~10 SKUs.

Basically, anything I should ask for to help me understand the process for ordering inventory (e.g. lead times), business practices (e.g. forecasting), R&D process (e.g. how products are p[anned, developed, iterated, and managed with the supplier), logistics & shipping, regulatory compliance, supplier relationship management,, etc.
