$3M deal raise with a Capital Return in 120 Days (a 21% IRR)

Not sure if the correct forum, but for a bit larger deal size ($10M Rev, $2M Adj, EBITDA), raising $3M and will return $3.2M within 120 days of close.

Acquisition is the platform company that is part of a roll-up strategy over the next 5 years.
