We are supporting a 3D construction startup with a very strong growth trajectory that is raising their series A.

Primary use of capital is to purchase more printers to keep up with their contract flow.

^redacted‌ shoot me a note - Before I moved back over to the legal world, I was in the PE/VC space and now represent a lot of start-ups in their capital raises. I also intro my clients to a ton of VCs in connection with their raises.
