We are looking for minority equity investors to support our 9th acquisition in the North Park Group portfolio. Must be SBA eligible (US citizen and no SBA defaults). Minimum check $50,000 with a maximum check of $1.1 Million. We pay distributions once to twice a year to equity holders. Historical performance averages above 25% annualized returns. We have debt arranged - just raising equity investors.
