35% owner in a Rendering Company

I'm a 35% owner in an architectural rendering company that did $1 million in sales last year. It has thousands of satisfied clients - mostly builders and architects. I was the original angel investor and have been passive for years. I had the company sold three years ago for $1 million but the CEO (who owns the other 65%) decided he wanted to keep the company for a while longer.
