Looking for a hard money or 100% financing to acquire $50M in single family home inventory. We already have 80% LTV at scale, looking for an investment or lending partner for the remaining 20.

Could structure the deal as debt or equity. redacted if interested.

We have over 500 funding partners and I do not have anyone doing 100% financing to acquire any sort of investment properties. Typically the required down payment is between 20 and 25%. Now, if you have an existing portfolio of investment properties with excess equity you want to leverage to acquire additional properties, then there may be an option there. But you likely will not be able to achieve greater than 75% to 80% financing on the entire portfolio. Happy to have a conversation if you have that type of total equity. You can ping me here or at redacted

So you want someone to put up all of the capital necessary to buy market-rate houses in a falling market, but you want to own all or substantially all of the equity? Yeahh, I don't know any firms who 'd do that, sorry.
