You're going to hate me this tough take but (to me) these businesses are a dime a dozen. Every city has a few, they compete for work, get jerked around by GC's, struggle to expand in productive capacity, hate to do the install, have near-zero liquidation value, can't expand geographically because every geography has a few of these. I'd say that anywhere between $5-15M in revenues, so even more so at $2M. Now if you want to weld and bend metal personally and lose yourself in the business and spend 20 years and make a good living, well that works. As an investor I would not touch it.
