I own a digital marketing agency who has done one other successful acquisition in the same niche. A smaller company than ours came up as a carve out. I am looking to purchase it and integrate it into our company. This will fall slightly out of SBA guidelines and I'm looking to see what other options are available to raise capital for this deal.
