280 Waiver Clients in PA Home Care MCOs 12m Revenue

I have a 280 patient census for sale in PA with three MCO’s Started in 2019 it is a franchise BUT it’s apparently royalty free - they bought out the royalty fee and from what I’ve heard can buy out the franchise all together soon. More color on that to come. Mostly family member clients Seeking 12m asking price and my success fee is 5% this deal is Off market. Seller is represented by a broker currently but we are keeping it off market for now. Very attractive because 1) these deals get 50 offers in a week now that NYC is coming into PA once they go live I am seeking to arrange a qualified PE group or investor to take this deal down off market ASAP.
