Are there any search fund investors that do larger deals? Example: Equity checks between $10m - $30m.with conventional debt financing vs. SBA. My partner and I are working on a project within these parameters.

It depends on the size of the equity check you and your partner are writing. If it is not large, you are an Ops Partner and will likely have a stringent Board, 10-20% and you will likely have a lot more influence, > 20% you are calling most of the shots. I would approach Family Offices or PE firms and not bother with Search investors unless it is one of the established funds.
