Loyal-T Transport is an asset-based Midwest carrier built on dedicated daily round-trip freight. Every lane the company runs is under a signed contract, and all of them were renewed inredactedTerms run one to three years, and two of the lanes have been operated continuously for more than four and a half years. The route structure is what sets the operation apart. Each driver is assigned his own lane and runs it every day: load out, deliver, reload, return. Nothing moves on the spot market, which gives the business predictable contracted volume rather than exposure to load-board rates, and it means drivers are home every weekend. The customer base is blue chip, consisting of a global flat-glass manufacturer and automotive freight moving through a major OEM's logistics network. The fleet is twelve tractors with supporting trailers, with ten drivers seated today. No real estate is included, the business does not require a fixed physical location, and it is relocatable. Outstanding loans are paid off at closing, so a buyer takes the operating company and its equipment free of that obligation. Growth is available and already identified. The largest customer has asked the company to go direct at additional facilities rather than continue through a national carrier; one additional warehouse has been added on that basis and another plant has been requested. The owner separately turned down a contract he sizes at roughly $8 million a year in revenue because accepting it would have required approximately sixteen additional tractors. The owner handles dispatch, customer relationships, driver management and equipment, while his wife manages the books. The sale is lifestyle-driven: they are ready to step back, while the customers are pushing for growth the current ownership is not positioned to pursue.
