Seeking buyers for my (100% owned) e-commerce business (mainly as we're having our first baby next year!)... Strong brand, registered trademarks, specializing in physical management training products including conversation card decks, planners, and professional development toolkits.
The company serves Learning & Development directors, HR professionals, managers, and business owners, with a core focus on companies with###-###-#### employees.
The business has built a strong brand in the workplace development space, with products designed to improve one-on-ones, team building, strategic planning, and workplace conversations. Gross margins of 68%, direct-to-consumer Shopify e-commerce###-###-#### %) with emerging Amazon presence###-###-#### % of sales).
Key Highlights:
- Strong Unit Economics: 68% gross margins with established supply chain and fulfillment processes. This could be improved by a more experienced ecommerce operator.
- B2B Growth Opportunity: Currently focused on individual buyers with significant untapped potential in enterprise and bulk sales to L&D departments. Also, opportunity to create recurring revenue through digital companion tools and subscription-based training content (we have an app, which currently does ~$2k MRR).
- Scalable Business Model: Opportunity to expand geographies, product lines and enter new verticals. Plus I have a bunch of new product ideas for a new buyer ;)
It's a fun brand - am looking for a buyer with experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or corporate training who can build on what I've done and accelerate growth through marketing optimization, B2B sales development, and product expansion. The business would also benefit from someone with experience in scaling Amazon operations or developing digital/SaaS products.

Mods - as this is my first post here, pls advise if changes are required. TY!
