24 Million Dollar Deal

I’m going to have a 24 million dollar deal coming up soon but I’m not sure if it’ll be right for commercial or sba financing. Is there any alternative non-bank lenders on here that would be interested in a deal that size?

I have a number of possible referrals for lending depending on the industry and deal specifics. However, be aware that most of the time going down that road you're going to end up paying more than standard bank/SBA funding.
