23-year old Software Publisher

Owner retiring at 23-year old software publisher with 8 employees. Company is moving from legacy client-server software to a SaaS cloud model needing new energy to finish product development. We have unique IP with a comprehensive project management and field service platform used by service businesses in various industries. I will help a new buyer to take the business to the next level (though I hate that expression!) :). Our products are quite andvanced and currently support businesses in multiple countries with 10 to 500 users. An acquisition could be suitable for an individual owner, or a corporation looking to add our IP to their current technology stack or adding an additional product line.
