$20MM Revenue and $10MM inventory - $4MM asset backed financing

We are looking for asset backed lenders for a deal in California with 3 retail stores and 4 warehouses for their ecommerce. The business is profitable and we are transfering the business from 3 owners in a s-corp into a c-corp with myself and 2 of the old owners.

We will buy the business for inventory value at a discount half at close and half seller finance at 0% for 3 years.

Any lenders open for term loan or LOC of $4MM?
