Brody Vinson, co-founder in this acquisition, brings years of operational experience, multiple exits, and a robust network of end buyers for the business. Together, they have consistently grown revenue in past ventures using their robust experience in team building, sales systems, and strategic management.
Merger Partnership and Expansion Strategy: We’re also joined by a specialized air duct and HVAC service team known for their innovative digital marketing expertise. This partner group generates 80-90% of leads through digital channels, leveraging data-driven strategies to achieve consistent growth. Already partnered for a merger, they will bring a well-established marketing engine and customer acquisition strategy that will amplify the HVAC company’s reach and market share, as they are currently doing no paid marketing at all. This merger enables us to implement shared resources, economies of scale, and industry best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
