How's it going? Our BoD currently has an open seat for an M&A accountant and lawyer with more than 20 years of experience doing transactions. PM me if you're interested or know someone that would be a good fit.

We're actively acquiring these types of businesses: IT, cybersecurity, helpdesk, and telecom MSPs (managed service providers); IT-related E-learning companies, and SaaS companies.

And the board's purpose is to assist in this 3-7 year roll-up.
