Hi, We currently have two domiciliary care businesses under LOI. Deal 1: located in Scotland (in large population area), 1.7 million revenue, 550k adjusted EBITDA. Care Inspectorate report: very good. Asking price 2 million, 1.1 million at completion Deal 2: located in the area Bristol, Bath , Swindon. 1.6 million revenue, 415k adjusted EBITDA. Asking price 1.2 million, 800k at completion. CQC report: needs improvement We run a care group, and are looking for investors for these deals.
