Hi Friends, I'm a first-year MBA student dedicated solely to Search. I'm seeking an opportunity to complete a summer internship for the summer of 26 with a relatively new Search CEO. My ideal experience focuses on improving aspects of culture-related areas. This can involve reviewing and building new compensation structures to incentivize new behaviors and values or implementing an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within a company. Overall, my goal is to roll up my sleeves and get as much hands-on experience as possible. If you're interested in discussing further, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
