~$1M ARR SaaS CRM/POS

I stumbled upon a niche SaaS POS/CRM during my search doing ~$1M ARR. It's profitable, but needs some work. Currently on-premise with potential to go cloud. Great deal for the right person/group. Not going to be able to get financing on this one, so more of a PE situation.
