I stumbled upon a niche SaaS POS/CRM during my search doing ~$1M ARR. It's profitable, but needs some work. Currently on-premise with potential to go cloud. Great deal for the right person/group. Let me know if you want a look or know anyone who might...happy to make an introduction. Seller asking for $4M but sounds like they're willing to negotiate price and deal structure. Not going to be able to get financing on this one, so more of a PE situation.
