Searcher/Operator with a $1.8M deal in the pipeline including Real Estate and looking for an investor to either:
1. Match our current equity injection.
or
2..Sign on as a co-guarantor, but with no money down. Ownership % negotiable.
Deal is for a construction/manufacturing business in a major Midwest metro area. The business has a steady flow of business and about 10 full-time employees with no sales team or outbound sales strategy, so a large potential for growth. There's also a deal to be negotiated with the owner, but we still want to get it squared with the banks first and could use some extra lending power. Expertise and advice is always a welcome addition as well!
We are firm believers in the future of the trades, so this is also a good opportunity for someone who would like to partner on future deals and has the expertise to advise on acquisitions in the trades. We have a pipeline of operators, so we plan on continue to growing our portfolio in these verticals over the next 2-10 years. My partner is an owner/operator in Construction with 50 years of industry experience. I have 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Personnel Management and Operations and have consulted with 100+ SMBs.
Send me a message if you would like to connect or get more info. Thanks!
