Hi there,

My name is Javier Fernandez, founder of J Capital (www.jcapitalpartners.es) and I´ve decided to self-finance my search in order to lower the investor "search risk" and increase my equity in the acquisition.

I´m currently in a DD process to acquire a manufacturing company of glass blister production lines. The company sales during 2016 were €6,400,000, EBITDA > 10%, NO DEBT and €1.2 million of cash.

I´m looking for equity investors to raise up to €1 million. I´m in talks with several spanish banks to leverage up to 70% of the transaction. Please pm or send me an email redacted if this could be of your interest.

Best,

Hi Javier. Great idea in self-financing your search. That will definitely help risk assessments. Take note that you may qualify for an SBA loan and only have to come in with a 10% equity injection for the acquisition. Please let me know if I can be of assistance with any questions or in your financing. Best, Pattie
