120 Day $1M Debt Play with 40% IRR - Water Well Acquisition Project

120 Day Debt Play  Raising $1M that will be repaid back in full 120 days after the initial transfer of funds with an additional $120K payment made. Timing is as soon as possible.  --IRR of 40%  --Guaranteed to be paid back as the $1.12M is built into the total $10M acquisition loan use of funds. If the acquisition does not close, the investors would still receive their captial back in full. --The $1.12M investment payback is already built into the $10M acquisition loan thereby significantly decreasing any downside risk. As the opportunity presents itself, I would welcome the inclusion of participation on my Board of Directors. I am not looking for an active management contribution from the investor but more of someone to fill the role as an experienced river guide with a history of scaling, winning, and market expertise that has access to a well-resourced network. There exists a strong potential to repeat this investment opportunity in the future.
