$10M-$20M EV deal examples

Theoretically a <$10M deal size is typical for searchers and >$20M is typical for PE. Can you share your deal/funding matrix/cap structure on any deals you've done between $10M and $20M? This appears to be a "unicorn" zone where deals are harder to get done. Thank you in advance. -Brett

I appreciate the reply Stephen. I've spoken with SBICS in the past, albeit with >$20M deals. What are some example deal/cap structures working with SBIC's in this deal size range?
