I thought I might run into a good option here, even though it's not specific. I have a client waiting who needs a bridge loan in the next several weeks.

Loan Amount: $100,000

Interest Rate: 18%

Discount Rate: 20% on the next round's valuation

Valuation Cap: $10 million

Maturity: 18 months

Qualified Financing Threshold: $700,000

Automatic Conversion: Converts into equity at the lower of the $10 million cap or actual valuation if no financing occurs before maturity

Repayment Option: Lender can demand 1.5x repayment if no qualified financing occurs ($225,000 total)

Warrants: 10% warrant coverage (right to purchase $15,000 worth of shares)

Security: Loan is secured against company assets.

Early Repayment Penalty: None

^redacted‌ - I have a PML that would work, but they only accept hard assets in first position as loan collateral. If Interested feel free to let me know and we can get the process rolling.
