#1 Book Recommendation for Culture - "Everybody Matters"

Our company was voted the #1 place to work in NY and I'm often asked by Searchers how they can personally impact culture post-close.

My top recommendation is to read the book - "Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family" by Bob Chapman and assess how you could implement their strategy. Bob's story at Barry-Wehmiller involved several acquisitions (context for ETA) and is taught annually in our Strategic Risk Management program.
