Timeline of acquisition multiples

Has anyone come across a timeline of average ebitda multiples of acquisitions by year (or preferably by month) for small businesses? Basically trying to see how badly multiples compress in recessions versus expansions. Thank you!

I believe you can find this through either the BizBuySell reports or the Pepperdine Capital Market Reports. Pepperdine's quarterly reports go back for a few quarters, but I'm sure the authors wouldn't mind sharing data further back. Thanks for some great podcasts by the way!
