so with all the rich resources & help from this community, started last year - built 3 connected businesses - Aquatics, Hardscapes, Outdoor living - 80% B2B repeat biz - $20M revenues with $2M ebitda , growing 3X thru organic & acquisitions - bootstrapped with $2.5M own capital, now need growth capital - a) anyone interested to invest pls reach out for simple equity stake, and/or b) need advice from community on best way to structure/ value/ target to make sense for right investors, as this is not your typical acquisition, SBA, etc model: its a holdco with high growth and low acquisition risk

I'm not 100% sure I understand your situation and question but I'll try to provide some thoughts. In terms of the valuation, a sum-of-the-parts approach may work well, highlighting the potential in each business segment individually while also showcasing the synergy between them. Investors may be interested in specific parts of the business more than others, so being flexible with structuring could help—whether it's offering minority stakes or even structuring performance-based earn-outs tied to growth metrics. Look at platforms like Mainshares, Main Street Capital Network, Deal Flow Xchange, and Capitalpad to find potential investors.

For structuring and valuing unique, high-growth deals like this, working with a specialized advisor could be really valuable. If you're interested in exploring tailored transaction advisory services or assembling a deal team to help guide the process, DueDilio can connect you with experts experienced in these types of growth scenarios. Feel free to check it out if that aligns with your needs. https://www.duedilio.com

Thanks Roman, super helpful - will check out the resources, as trying to figure where to market to right investors as a) searchfunder investors focused on investing in specific 'search & acquire' scenarios b) VCs & angels - prefer more tech type deals c) PEs want majority stakes & tenured businesses :so who's the right fit for providing growth capital for my business model ?
