I'm struggling to find banks that will provide loans on the smaller side. How have people buying companies for <$1M raised financing?

Happy to have a discussion and see if we have any solutions for you. We are a Commercial Loan Brokerage Shop with over 500 funding partners. I will tell you the largest issue with smaller loans is that there are not many lenders that will work on smaller deals. But happy to see if we can help. You can reach me here or directly at redacted Good luck!

^redacted‌ - I would maybe suggest using a loan broker who can pair you with a lender that would meet your specific criteria. This is what I did for my first acquisition (sub $500k) and I had some unique aspects to my situation that I knew not every bank would underwrite
