Cap Table Management Tools

Hi everyone,

What sort of tools are you using for cap table management and investor comms?

A Quick Google search comes up with names like - Carta, Ledgy, Seedlegals, Vestd, Pulley and Eqvista. Does anybody have experience to share about any of those platforms, pros & cons? Any alternatives that haven't been mentioned here?

Carta is fantastic once you get past their initial sales intake (which isn’t great) …. we’re currently exploring NAV which was highly recommended from a friend/mentor. Happy to share more once I can compare/contrast further! DM (or email redacted if you want to chat sooner!

Tracking your cap table in excel should be more than sufficient. No reason to overcomplicate and spend unnecessary funds on a fancy software solution.
