Hi Everyone,

Looking for some debt lending options that are not nearly as painful as SBA 7(a). Equity is being raised, but is a long process and want to get $1M down in good faith on a $16M transaction. Looking for debt in the $1M - $10MM that could leverage the business I’m purchasing.

Thanks!

Without tangible collateral your options are going to be limited, and the terms less favorable for you if you're looking to hold onto your equity. We can lend up to approx. $7mm utilizing a 7(a)/Pari Passu combo. SBA doesn't have to be needlessly painful - it all comes down to gathering the required documentation and having a lender who knows what they're doing.

I would be more than happy to have a conversation and discuss the financing market and see if we have any options. You can reach me here or directly at redacted Thank you.
