Has anyone had experience being ghosted or flat out ignored by brokers? I am genuinely interested in three businesses and reached out individually on each three, sent a follow up email, and received no response. I just thought it was odd as I would expect a “No” at minimum.

I guess I should provide an update. I followed some sage advice I once heard from a mentor - in this day and age of email and text sometimes its just easier to pick up the phone. I called the broker and was able to speak with someone in their office. We had a good conversation on two of my interested businesses and have progressed fairly quickly on one of them looking to set up a seller call next week.
Thus, the moral of this story is - follow that sage advice.
