Pre-Closing Checklist

Hi -

We are about###-###-#### days prior to closing the transaction. i.e. signed LOI, DD complete, working with the lender to start underwriting process. We are funding the transaction via SBA 7a. Our attorney is preparing all the purchase agreements etc. So if all goes well from here we are looking at early to mid April close.

Looking for any checklists or items that we should start preparing from operational perspective starting day 1 and beyond.

This is our first transaction. Overall in equipment rental space.
